After returning to California in 1987, Ms. Bartlett and her partner were the first to successfully introduce realtime transcription in the Los Angeles Federal and Superior Court systems, as reported in the Los Angeles Times.

After years of dedicated experience, Ms. Bartlett formed A Transcription 2000 Services, Inc., with the goal of providing a superior product every time utilizing state-of-the-art technology operated only by the most qualified transcriptionists.
