Digital Audio, DVDs, Cassette Tapes: Easily upload your digital audio files to our secure server using your personal ID and passcode. For cassette tapes, ask us for a work order form and mail us your project material.

Audio Formats: We transcribe common audio formats including audiotape (standard or micro), digital audio (CDA, MP2, MP3, MP4, WMA, RA, webcasts, podcasts, Internet Streaming Media, Real Audio, Windows Media, .DSS, .WAV), videotape (VHS) and digital video (DVD).

Webcasts, Conference Calls: We transcribe for you upcoming webcasts or conference calls - on an as-needed basis or through contract, to guarantee your large volume requirements.

Podcasts and RSS Feeds: We simply subscribe to your podcast or RSS feed or download the digital file from your website. We'll transcribe and convert the audio into a Word document. Request your podcast/RSS feed in your choice of formats, including plain text, .doc, .pdf or html and post the Word or PDF file back to your website for your podcast audience. It's that simple!
